The January shuffle

Yeppers, when the new year falls, it lands with a resounding thud. Not saying the new year hasn't been good already, actually it's been quite good, but it's that back to the droning mundane tasks that weren't so difficult to deal with during the holidays because you had that party, or outing, or present, to look forward to. I'm big on motivation...must be the actor in me. What's my motivation ?
The cold bitterness of outside makes me want to curl up with a good book, a cup of cocoa or glass of red wine, & just hide under the covers, in hibernation, til spring thaw. Okay, well metaphorically speaking that is, I'm in the south & though it's pretty darn cold here, less than 32 degrees, with freezing rain predicted, it's not like Colorado blizzard town or anything.
So who's up for a wine & cheese tasting party....hmmm......virtual wine & cheese party....I'm likin' it. not sure about the details, gonna have to work on that. Hey, I have something to look forward to, THERE'S my MOTIVATION !!!!
