Cool, calm, & licence time

The weather is cooler now, humid but cooler, so I'll compromise for now. Things have calmed a bit since the VBS, confirmation & such have come & gone....& oh boy, watch out, my daughter has her learner's licence !!!
Reluctantly, she went & took the written test, feeling the whole time that she would fail utterly. But, oh look, she passed ! My little overachiever did well....yet again. Now the fight is to get her behind the wheel to practice. I know, parents of teens everywhere are going what ???????? Yes, I have a reluctant driver in training. Could be the way people drive around here. Kinda makes me want to scatter....LOL
